After you download the torrent, you need to download the actual file. I use "Bit torrent 6.1.1" client, which can be downloaded at:
http://www.bittorrent.com/?client=bittorrent6110 to do this. Once that's downloaded and installed, just double click the green torrent box to add it to the queue. Once the torrent is fully downloaded using the client, it's just like any other regular file- double click to open.
