We re decked the Willamsburg Bridge. all outer pork chops (floorbeams) were replaced, and an Orthotropic deck system was installed.
What do you do when the lifting gantry has to be moved onto the other side of one of the towers? spend a week breaking it down moving it, re-assembling it? Nope...

Pick it up:
Swing it around:
Land it on the other side of the tower:
repeat 4 times...beat the clock, and get a nice incentive
