Or go to
http://babelfish.yahoo.com, select German->English, and type
http://www.ebay.de into the "web page to translate" text field.
You can follow links etc. and it'll translate the text on-the-fly. Machine translation has it's limitations - and it can't do anything about text in images - but it knows way more German/Spanish/French/Portuguese/Russian words than I do....
