However, the way the first ep of 4.5 started, I would not be surprised if the whole lot of them (ie: all of the BSG crew) are cylons...

Dualla's suicide was surprising, yet also tremendously apropos - really gave you a feeling of despair which the whole crew was feeling.
Pres Roz's burning of her devotional book - also set the mood very well, as did Adama's breakdown with Tigh.
Leoben's reaction - WOW. Didn't see that one coming.
