I concur with Paul that a truck ride is in order. However, it may not be that costly if only the guide fork on that lower inspection plate has come loose.
In the diagram below, #6 is the guide fork, and they sometimes come loose when one or more of the #8 M8 nuts come loose from the three studs on plate #5.
