Well, it's certainly not the worst piece I've seen, assuming that it's truly dry and straight, etc... A silver targa is not my cup of meat, but it has value to someone I guess. I agree with your implication that it when it comes to collectible cars that were produced in relatively large numbers, only the best of the best are worth the big $$. Right colors, documented low-mileage history, completely original or mega-bucks 100% correct resto of a dry car, etc., etc...
