I got out of section 8 for my personal property, but have entered into a partnership with someone, and we are going for it. You HAVE to be proactive, and keep an eye on all of your places, and nip things in the but before they become huge issues. Make sure all utilities are on durnig the winter months. Ride them like they are ten year old year kids. I had a crack house on my hands a few years ago. Scary stuff. I was trying to evict people who scared the sheet out of me.
