Best guess from what you have posted I'd say it should go for somewhere from 6500 to 9000. If I were buying it the body would be #1, then the condition of the engine, followed by everything else.
Any information on the engine, or why it was parked? If it has something really wrong like broken headstuds or very low compression or high leakdown #'s then I'd go even lower to 5000.
But that is just one mans opinion.
Post some photos that will help.
