you only need the one FDMA25......
the fm box (FDMA25) which came with your siruis tuner has standard motorola antenna ends.
so you need an adapter to convert the smaller gm antenna to the motorola, than back to the small gm antenna.
one adapter will have......... small gm female/ motorola male (for the input of the box)
the other will be .................small gm male/ motorola female (for the output to the radio)
