I agree on straws. Had three drinks with dinner last night and each time I asked the waiter for a new straw. He looked irritated. When I asked him for a new straw with the third drink he looked at me and said "that's the last straw".
It really pissed me off so I made him get the manager. The manager apologized and told me they were out of straws. I was still pissed, but then he apologized to me too.
So, I probably will eat at that restaurant again. But I sure as hell won't!
