Well, yeah, use another browser.
That said, I don't think there is any place to set regions in IE - you can set languages and character encoding, but nothing that says "I'm in Canada". Might be possible they are doing geolocation on your IP address, in which case using a proxy would work.
Got some sample links to content, etc. that is doing this ?
