Jaime was accetped at the Madonna rehab hospital.
http://www.madonna.org/ We plan on visiting there on Saturday. She might be going next week.
Today the nurses set her in a chair for about 1 1/2 hours.
Keep praying that everything keeps moving forward. I am always afraid something might happen.And continue to pray that her pupil in her left eye goes down.

Got to the hospital later than usual today. Jaime is in the chair for the second time today.
The Neuro surgeon wants to talk to us, after he looked at the CT scan and I am told he wants to put a shunt in. He is in surgery right now with another patient. Bummer!
Hope it doesn't slow up her transfer to Madonna Rehab.
Keep praying! This all so intense!
We will be visiting Madonna Saturday morning.

The neuro surgeon finally came by to talk to us about 8:00.
He says the CT scan shows that the ventrical are still increasing in size even though it is a tiny amount. He thinks she is producing slightly more fluid than her brain can circulate out due to adhesions that developed from the injury to the brain. And he is concerned that if we send her to Madonna without the shunt she might develop complications and have to be tranported back here to have the shunt put in.
Please pray that we make the right decision as we have the final say. And if anyone has any thoughts that would help us make our decision please let us know. We will talk to him on Sunday.
