$750 is gouging for a P220 Carry. Aim for $600ish. If you really, really shop and are ready to pounce as soon as you find a deal, you can get close to $500. You'll never find a deal like mine, though a lot of those folks won't ship to CA. I got really lucky. A full size P220 used can be found for under $500, but it might be a beater. $700 should get you a near new P220ST with night sights and rubber grips.
