OK, if the Linksys won't be your router and you just want the wireless function of it, you need to NOT use the WAN port on it. Go from your existing switch/hub into one of the switch ports (LAN side) on the Linksys. Then it will just act as another switch on your wired network and as an AP for your wireless. You'll want to disable DHCP, etc. on the Linksys.
