Funny you should mention that and I don't wish to hijack but both she and I have both worked for WDW in Orlando in our pasts. I actually lived in FL for quite a few years. It was okay. Dunno how it'd be now. It's a bit of a moot point as I believe the company has indefinitely suspended all internal transfers because of the economy, so we're stuck here for now unless I can convince her to give up the gig at DL.
I've offered to buy her into the Disney Vacation Club if I get hired elsewhere and we have to move (I'm looking in a lot of other places, TX, AZ, even a couple in FL, etc.) Nobody's hiring ANYWHERE though. Lots of places collecting resumes, nobody actually hiring.
