Prayer and a dynamic family or friend riding herd on their procedures is important. They are more interested is establishing a track record than a personal relationship on what's best for her. Don't trust any of them no matter how much they sweet talk. Maybe start with researching your state brain damaged organization. For instance, "XXX Brain Injury Association"
Get someone who thinks like a forensic CPA. The 1st year of rehab will set the stage on how she will adjust to this injury for the rest of her life. It's more important to get her to the best than be accessible locally to family.
As soon as she's cognitive think of this as raising a new baby.
