My new debit card has a chip in it. (As does my latest credit card)
Basically, it has to be inserted into the machine when you type in your PIN.
That should make it a lot harder to skim.
Please correct me if i am wrong.

ps - i hate f*@kin' thieves. Cutting their hands off should make a comeback.
