What's the going rate for a nanny?
Is a salaried thing, hourly?

I'm sure some of you have dealt with this in the past.
Not the "Nanny" route, but the "Au Pair" deal.

Going rate is $200 a week for APs, plus room and board, fees, etc. Works out to be, after all is said and done, $400 a week more or less.

The key for APs is that it is not tied to the number of kids rather a flat rate.

I would peg the "Nanny" cost higher, and pay it, if the level of care is solid and they didn't have to live with us.
