If a kid wakes up at 2 in the morning, is that the nanny's responsibility, or yours? I don't know if there's a universal answer.

You a little confused, my wife wants to be the Nanny, we are retired and quite frankly, she is bored. The people that need a nanny are having their first kid and they both work.
The Mom will go back to work after staying at home for 4 months. My wife loves kids and she would be taking care of an infant, maybe five days a week.
I'm all for it. We have been married 30 years and spend 24/7 together
