Clutch switch is located inside the center tunnel, and is actuated by the clutch lever arm where the clutch cable attaches to. If you pull out the center console (might not be so easy if you have A/C controls) and lift up the carpet you'll see an access hole on top of the tunnel just in front of the shifter tower. It's pretty tight in there.

If the servo is what I think it is, it's in the engine compartment, bolted on to the crossmember/shock tower on the driver's side, right up against the firewall.
