got a problem with the zipper on this brief case...when i slide the zipper, as if to zip it.....the zipper does not zip.... this means its broken i presume?
if i twist the part you grab with your hand at an angle and try to zip, i can get it to zip a little but not really.... does this look like a candidate for installation of a new zipper? I think I paid about $300 for this damn brief case a while ago and now its rendered useless... it looks like a heck of a job for a pro (expensive) to replace this zipper and i hate to spend $100 having it fixed.
