Just tell him what you told us... he'll draw some blood and run some tests and will most likely be able to fix you up. There are doctors here who can weigh in, but there are probably 50-100 things it could be... or it could be a combination of things.
I'd recommend going to an internist rather than just a general practitioner for this one. In your yellow pages, they're probably listed under Internal Medicine. Those guys know their stuff.
