Interesting, I know alot of people in your state.

This is the 'highest' time of the year for this state, post-spring, winter dul drum is often cited as the culprit around these parts? SUNSHINE is a great remedy if indeed the fact?

I've read your post for years Milt, you're a very helpful, kind person that works very hard and is good at what he does; a true professional and gentleman. I can say that I've noticed the past few months your posts are reflective of your state mentioned herein.

Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a Gift. Treat it that way, do not waste it. Get to the point where you make one decision or the other; then ask yourself which do "I" like better. ie: This coffee; does it feel better to me to drink this coffee or not? Then do that. It's called following your emotional guideance system. When you're following it properly, your life is filled with enthusiasm and appreciation. Maybe its time for a shift in your life; something that makes you happier. What is it that makes Milt happy? Go find that!

Some of my personal inspiration, from Author Esther Hicks:
Quote:
There are no happier people on this planet than those who decide that they want something, define what they want, get hold of the feeling of it even before it's manifestation, and then joyously watch the unfolding, as piece by piece, by piece it begins to unfold. That's the feeling of your hands in the clay.

Any time you have physical discomfort of any kind, whether you call it emotional, or physical pain within your body, it always, always means the same thing: "I have a desire that is summoning Energy, but I have a belief that is not allowing so I've created resistance in my body." The solution, every single time, to the releasing of discomfort, or pain -- is the relaxation and the reaching for the feeling of relief.

Your life is right now! It's not later! It's not in that time of retirement. It's not when the lover gets here. It's not when you've moved into the new house. It's not when you get the better job. Your life is right now. It will always be right now. You might as well decide to start enjoying your life right now, because it's not ever going to get better than right now--until it gets better right now!
I have spent many hours studying Postive Mental Attitude practises for the past 25 years; today I have a small peer group of like minded business people. This effort has usually required 15 minutes of study a few times a week; BUT this past few months I've trumped up my studies to an hour or two hours PER DAY!

Nothing could be more important than knowing what makes you happy; then following it, being true to yourself daily.

I hope this helps and I hope you feel better soon?
Cheers!
