No numbness or tingling. I just don't see down like I used to, so I figured I don't see as far right and left as I used to. In fact, I find myself bumping my head occasionally and I used to hardly ever do that because I never were hats.
When driving at the track, you need to see things that you aren't looking at. Anything that changes in your expanded field of vision has to be recorded and processed to see if it needs attention. As a driver, you do this w/o thought. But, if you miss something, by the time you do process it, you could be in deep.
This happens to me on the freeways too. I used to drive using the mirrors exclusively. Now, I find that I need to look longer and harder, or just glance over my shoulder. Not too easy in a harness with a helmet, so I don't go anymore.
That's fine, I can't afford the track anyway.
