Milt, if it is of any comfort, there are at least two of us with the symptoms you describe. I am just plain tired all the time, yeah...I can get it up for work or whatever is needed, but I have very little energy for anything else. I eat right, more or less, I don't drink too much, I work out 3x per week. But fatigued is the normal state of affairs for me...all the time.

I have a sleep disorder that has gotten worse with time, I take Zopiclone so I can sleep at all, it used to be good for about 5 hours, now I wake up after 2 hours, toss and turn a bit, then wake up every couple of hours and drag myself out of bed at 6 am for work days.

Went to my sleep doctor yesterday, asked him about the testosterone thing....he would not even talk about it. He tells me that my body's reaction to stress (positive or negative) is to not sleep....and that makes me more tired, stressed because I don't do what I'd like to do which leads to worse sleep....and the spiral. He also says that I can't lose my belly fat even though I work out as fat retention is related to stress/lack of sleep and it is a defence mechanism.

His recommendation? Learn to relax and enjoy stuff. Take out the things that you do not enjoy. It is Ok to rest and just veg...sometimes for weeks at a time if needed to charge your batteries.

My opinion...he's wrong, there is something else going on, just can't find it.

Oh yeah, all my fluids and stuff is all within normal ranges, no issues

It sucks.

Dennis
