I thought about the wide angle and will look at those also but there are some crazy shots in my minds eye that I think a fish eye will be needed. I might try a local camera store that some one suggested as they rent various used lenses and see if I can really get the look or shot I am tinkering with. Then maybe I will plunk down some $ if it still keeps my interest.
