In the TV show "Jericho," which began as several nukes popped off over most major U.S. cities, one of the main characters had a Plymouth Roadrunner, and it was explained that the reason it still ran after the EMP is because it was a pre-electronic ignition vehicle. Don't know if that's accurate/realistic or not.
