I'm always on the lookout for ways to prepare brussel sprouts - I'd love to know more about your panko-crusted recipe. Do tell!

This is the recipe I based mine on.... had to reduce chicken stock alot and braising time... or the sprouts would have been lumps of mush after browning the crust in the oven
