The problem is that people fear modified turbos. IA is certainly one of the good shops, so I would say their rebuilds should add a bit of value. Though given the rebuild was done 32k miles ago, I think you are looking at $42k give or take.
Btw, its not the exhaust that limits power on the 964 turbos, but the CIS. 450 is the edge for CIS, and to get that you'd definitely want to mod the fuel head (IA can do this).
