I could live with the color. In fact, I was considering a burgundy car a dealer had in AL (just checked and he finally moved it) when I bought mine.
Most states allow a car to be exempt from mileage readings once it hits a certain age. Most dealers who specialize in collector vehicles choose not to exercise the exemption since it usually devalues the genuine low mileage article they have in their inventory.
With regard to this car, if you want it, PPI as has been said. Personally, I agree with other's comments that there are better deals to be had out there at the moment.
