the color is not that big an issue, the stories are the issue. The PPI will tell the tale of the tape. It does appear to have 16 inch 7 and 8's if they're real Fuch's they're worth a few bucks. I would think that a car fax would have some mileage indications on it, but to be honest at 13k its a nice deal so long as the PPI is pretty clean.
