There where cities around her rigging their stop light cameras with shorter yellows, and raking in the dough with stoplight cameras. They started touting how they increased safety, and started putting them all over. Ended up with it being statewide that 90% of the fine money would go to the school system, leaving 10% for the city/company running them. Guess what, toasted, you don't hear about how they help safety anymore, the program had become corrupt with cities rigging it for increased fines. Stoplight yellows where put back to normal times, and the cameras all blew away without the huge profits.
