My neighbor don't register their CARS with our city so they don't purchase any city vehicle stickers for any of their cars, but they have at least 2 cars that they park in front of their house every day of the week.
I wish our Alderman will let use make the street a residence only parking street so that you will have to show proof of a city vehicle sticker before you can buy the resident sticker. I'm sure they are not the only one that register cars outside of the city limit to avoid paying for a yearly vehicle sticker.
