AZ has salvage titles, and restored titles. If you're car is salvaged, and you pass a level 3 inspection, then they restore the title. It is "clean", but not a clean title.
Assuming the seller is being honest, that car is transferable, registerable and street legal. If it's still a "salvage" title in AZ, the it is NOT street legal, and NOT registerable in AZ.
