Didn't your first post state that you "never" had a late payment.
As a business owner, nothing infuriates me more then when my office manager fails to get checks out in time. My invoices sometimes run in the hundreds a month, so it just happens from shear volume. Consider yourself fortunate that they let your late payment slip a few times. I've never experienced that, even with accounts that run in $100k a year volume.
