I hurt my shoulder last November and went to my doctor who referred me to an orthopedic surgeon at the end of January. He prescribed 4 weeks of Physical Therapy. He said something like Bursitis and adhesive capsulitus???
The PT is pretty goofy with ultrasonic something, stretching and some home exercises. What isn't trivial is they pull your arm through that range of lost motion which hurts like he!!.
