The bottom one is an FEG PA-63 in 9x18 Makarov. There are a bunch of these Hungarian made pistols on the market right now for around $140-$170. They were military and police issue until around 1996 I believe. Mine looked basically new and came with a spare mag (I jus picked up two more mags for $20) I did some trigger and spring work to mine which transformed it into a great little shooter. I have fired a couple hundred rounds thru it with Zero issues thus far. The alloy frame makes it pretty light to carry but it also makes the recoil a little stouter than a steel framed Makarov (A stiffer recoil spring helps to alleviate some of the kick). They are very reliable and quite a few folks use them for concealed carry.
It is pretty much a knockoff of the Walther PP.
