82 won't run

I have an 82 911 with 59,000 miles that will start, but not run. It sat for about 5 years without being run. I have cleaned all the lines from the accumulator to the tank plus the return line, changed the tank, fuel pump, Lambda box, red fuel pump relay. When I manually move the lever in the fuel distributor with the lines to the injectors disconnected fuel will flow to each injector.

I have not changed the two small relay boxes that are mounted next to the Lambda box. I don't know what they are called and how to order them.

I connected a test light to the positive and negative wires at the fuel pump. The light will not show any power to the pump no matter what position the key is in until the engine starts. Once the engine starts the light show power to the pump. The power will remain until the motor stalls which is within five seconds after it starts. The engine starts with no problem and restarts with no problem. It just won't run after it starts.

I have a manual by James Weber "Solving CIS problems" and in the trouble shooting chart he states only three possible problems. 1. ECU (which I assume is the Lambda box) 2. Control relay (which I assume is the red fuel pump relay) 3. Fuel distributor.

I have a chance to purchase a used cis from an 81. Will the fuel distributor interchange.

Someone must have the answer.

No success so I did some additional testing. I have no power at the coil when the ingition switch is in the run position. While the engine is cranking and runnning for about 4 seconds I get approximately 3 volts to the coil. Any suggestions.
