Oh, and...
My Ruger likes the copper FMJ Federal stuff. I used to be able to get it for $8 for 550 at Wal Mart, but now I think it is closer to double that.
I would get all sorts of misfires and stove pipes when I tried to use the cheap Remington stuff.
Of course, you could get the moderately expensive stuff, but that kind of defeats the purpose.
