I bought my wife a 380 Beretta for home protection and after a combat course she was hooked.
The 380 ammo is too expensive and the Beretta is a POS for target shooting. (absolutely horrible trigger). It will find the sweet spot on a silhouette but struggle to find the bullseye. I went on the .22 search. My final decision was the High Standard Supermatic Trophy. It's a little heavy but the balance and trigger are superb.
