When I worked in a claims department for an extended service contract company we had a sedan (I can't remember but I want to say it was a Buick) come in that had a fifth wheel mounted in the trunk with a bracket fabricated to raise it so that the trailer would clear the rear fenders. I wish I still had the pictures! I thought that the shop was just screwing with us but it turned out to be real. The guy did a lot better fab work than the guy in this picture but that didn't help his trans.
