1) rtv black+electrical tape can seal most leaks (except for maybe heater hose)
2) when tensioning belts, instead of buying that 50 dollar porsche wrench, go buy those thin washers (3/8 I think) that have a slit in them. Stretch them out using a 17mm socket, a flathead screwdriver and a hammer. And voila!! you can now fit a wrench on the eccentric!!
