Am I buying an SC front end from you and floor pan etc?
The 550 has main 3" tubes with additional tubes as required for suspension pick ups body suuport etc. Chassis similar though by no means exact to the original - will post a pic of an exact replica chassis and alloy body being built in England - the floor is alloy. Motor new 1916 cc 90hp type 1, box is a modified vw 4 speed.
Leather interior/full carpet etc. split brake system etc

Thought it easier to sell o/s as it has to be registered as an ICV in Australia. Possible but the owner has to be prepared to undertake the job. I would recommmend that any prospective car builder speak with a 'good' engineer.
