Thanks to all who have emailed and PMed me as well as the replies.
Finally got some proper meds brought to me yesterday and has helped with the spinning and sick feeling .Mornings seem to be the worse.
A lot of people have gone through this and when it first happened thought the same thing as I did.
Some people have the symptoms a lot longer than others for some reason.
In talking with friends we figure I have had something for 1-2 months now with last tues incident being severe.
I'm waiting for last night meds to wear off,feel a little fuzzy right now . then later I'm gonna go right back out to the garage and finish doing what I was doing and see what happens .
