Would like recommendations for an ISP (Internet Service Provider)...
Many of you have been following my recent AOL episode (turned out to be the outside phone line), and suggested I get a real ISP.
A computer neophyte I am not, but I'm a very busy person, I don't sit in front of a computer screen all day but when I do, I need to know it's going to be there. For the most part, AOL has served that purpose.
For $23.90 a month, I have reliable unlimited usage, which is important to me.
Would love to know which ISPs other Pelicaneers (Pelicanicians?) recommend, how much you pay, is it unlimited usage, and how reliable is it?
(DSL & Cable are out of the question financially for now; my company was hurt by the WTC attack - need to be very frugal these days.)
