No, what that probably means is that your current monitor won't support that res.
The graphics chip for the ATI Radeon HD 2400 will support up to 8192x8192. I suspect that the card that the chip is on probably won't support that high.
Are you thinking about getting a new monitor and you want to know if the onboard graphics will support it? What model of Dell, with a search online, it should be easy to figure out.
Most cards these days don't seem to have a problem supporting up to 1920x1080 or 1920x1200.
