Easiest thing is to click on Full Screen under the View tab to get as much as the ad as possible on your screen,

Push the Print Screen button on your keyboard

Go to Word or Word pad or any other word processing program, open a new document,

Either right click your mouse and select "Paste" or go to the Edit tab and select Paste

The screen shot will be added as a picture in the open document that you can now save and call what ever you want.
