My bench is horrible ( I can get a few reps at 315 out), but in the last few months I've hit a few goals...... 545 deadlift and single rep 1800 leg press..............now on to breaking 600 and 2000.
For reference, I'm 6' even 267-270 and hover between 18-19%bf
