That picture lookes like a branding iron ( must be a very early one ) that was used on the standard Porsche rubber. DP Motorsports built Kremer tails with no identification for Kremer and sold other variations in the authorized DP Motorsports parts to upgrade your 930 outlets. Some DP tails on their later production cars had DP embossed on the fibreglass portion in a similar fashion as they embossed the rocker panels in 2nd photo. The tail photo is of a Kremer car as is the rocker photo.
