Hey everyone,

This morning I started the car rolling in first and the speedometer hesitated, then jumped up when I put the clutch in to shift, when I let the clutch out the speedo dropped to 0 and hasn't moved since. Does that sound like the cable or the speedometer itself?

Interestingly enough there is not one reference to the speedometer cable in my shop manual, I haven't looked through my 911 manuals yet, but does anyone know how to check if it really is the cable and not the speedo itself.

Also, I noticed there are two different length speedo cables you can buy, does anyone know what is correct for a '67 912?
